Without a Trace last week would have been good if I had not been subjected to the jaw-droppingly stupid Sam subplot. Are you really trying to tell me, Jerry Bruckheimer, that Sam Spade murdered someone in front of witnesses-probably her Chester Molester stepfather, the way you're going-and no one spoke up? She never exhibited odd behavior before? Uh hmm. That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard, even stupider than Hypocrite!Mac on CSI:NY. Can we try for some realism with the drama next time?
What is it with TV dramas turning otherwise sane characters into raving crazies come sweeps? Even if Sam did give Diddling Daddy Dearest a helpful shove off this mortal coil, nothing will happen to her unless Poppy Montgomery is leaving the show.
I might actually have to watch CSI this week, as it seems Catherine is finally showing her true colors with Keppler. Either that, or Nick's gone round the bend in a delayed reaction from "Grave Danger". Want to bet Grissom rides in just time time to save the lab from collapsing? And Catherine will be duly chastened. For an episode. And then she'll dig her Superiority Pants out of the wash, and we'll all be screwed.
