There are rumors afoot that Rammstein is planning a U.S. tour for the fall of 2010. I won't believe it until dates begin to appear, but I'm cautiously optimistic. If they come to either Atlanta or Charlotte, I'll be set. Roomie would drive me further if I asked because he knows what a shameless, ravening fangirl I am, but I'd prefer not to spend several hours clutching the seat as the van hurtles over winding mountain roads.

Then again, Richard Kruspe's abs alone might be worth the risk.

I pre-ordered Under the Dome and The Narrows from Amazon today. I couldn't resist either the lure of a Stephen King hardcover for nine dollars or the chance to see Eddie play beyond his established type. For some reason, Dome won't ship until the 16th of November, even though it'll be released on the 10th. Maybe it's because I chose Super Saver shipping rather than the standard. If so, I think I'll cough up the money from now on.

And huzzah, but I'm writing again. It's not "Detail Man", as I'd hoped(dammit, it's not going to make [livejournal.com profile] spn_halloween 2009, either. ~headdesk~ It'll just be two years overdue.), but "D Is for the Dead" in The CSI:NY Alphabet series. The good Dr. Hammerback asked to have a word, and so I indulged him. And yes, he's probably going to that creepy place.
