I have finished my exam and now am waiting for my roomie to pick me up. I assume he wandered to the Uni library in the mistaken belief that I would really need two hours. Now, see, if he'd stayed put, I'd've gone to see King Kong today in a paroxysm of post-finals glee.

In other news, my CSI:NY/HP one-shot is almost done. My preliminary verdict? Weird. Really fucking weird. I hope you like it.

King Kong, My Heart Is Broken.

Oh, my God. King Kong will break your heart. Period. It hurts to watch that movie because you know how it ends, and there's no way to change it. It's a heartbreaking, crushing trainwreck. I sat in my seat and sobbed through the last thirty minutes, and I wasn't the only one. A guy a few seats down was blubbing surreptitiously into his cupped hand, and a girl in the rear made it halfway down the aisle before wailing. As a movie, it was phenomenal, but it was also the worst thing I've ever seen, and I couldn't sit through it again if I wanted to.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions about affordable medical care. If the problem persists, I'll definitely be seen to, but I'm beginning to suspect it was finals-induced. We'll soon know.
