One thousand and thirty-four words today. That makes four thousand and ninety-three words for March.
In my experience it was a lot snobbier around the time the movies came out. People got on the defensive over the thought of squeeing teenagers dumbing down their Fortress of Elf Facts, and there was kind of a nasty "We're not here to have fun, we're here to show off how smart we are" atmosphere in a lot of places.
I have been giggling over "Fortress of Elf Facts" all night. I wonder what it would look like.
