As a disabled person, I totally love it when I point out the accessibility issues with supporting local businesses--crowding, inability to reach items, inability to reach counters or even getting in the fucking door--and point out the advantages of online retail for wheelchair users, and some abled person calls it “my personal preference” not to support local.
