While at the grocery store, I happened upon Pepperidge Farm Pumpkin Cheesecake cookies. I like pumpkin. I like cheesecake. I like pumpkin cheesecake. Surely these would be fabulous. They were decidedly meh and gave me such savage heartburn that I've been having reflux for hours.
An even bigger failure is the fact that I have six fics in progress right now and can motivate myself to work on none of them. Instead, I'm obsessed with continuing my streak on Duolingo. This is terrible for my creativity but a boon to my German skills. I can now use correct adjective endings eighty percent of the time, which is still not great, but it's better than the less than thirty percent I was doing when I started a month ago.
