For those of you who post at Fanfiction.net, be advised that a group named the Literate Union has hacked Fanfiction.net's support system and compromised the site with a bot that has the potential to hijack any computer it infects. Do not send FFN any emails or respond to any that may be sent to you. Keep your firewalls, malware detectors, and antivirus definitions updated. God knows when or if Xing will bestir himself to respond to the threat.

In happier news, puppies are awesome. The red-necked angel is puppy-sitting a Jack Russell pup, and she came over to investigate me this afternoon. She put her paws on my knees and sniffed, tail wagging manically. Her fur was so soft and sweet, and I felt so relaxed after a brief pet. Dogs are truly good for the soul.
