Classy Eddie and the Stupid NY Writers

Before I commence with my daily scritching of Flackbunny, I might as well post. Once again, Eddie Cahill has proven himself a classy fellow by thanking the denizens of Talk for their gifts of fugly ties. I didn't participate in this project because I couldn't afford it, but I think it's a hoot, and I wonder if he'll wear the ties on the show. I'd've sent a Golden Snitch tie because you know Flack's a closet Potterphile. I bet he listens to the audiobooks in his car on long drives.

The rumblings of CSI:NY fen discontent grew louder after it was revealed that Danny won't have a scratch on him after the events of the finale. I can only hope that TPTB scrapped plans to open the season two weeks after the events of "Snow Day", because if not, they can no longer claim to give a shit about the credibility or internal consistency of the show. The bruises might be gone, but Danny's hand should be in a cast at the very least. However, casts aren't sexy and might impede whatever ridiculous, schmoopy suckface scenarios they've planned for D/L and thus, must be ignored.

Lastly, nominations for the 3rd annual csifanficawards will open on September 1st. I haven't written much canonfic since last year, but there are a few, so I'm going to rummage through my links and post all fics that have been written during the period of current eligibility. If anyone would like to put forth a nomination for any of my fics, I'd be thrilled as beans, but don't feel obligated. It's just for fun, even if I do harbor dreams of ruling the Don Flack Character Study category with an iron fist.
