I turned in my third paper for my religious ethics course, and I'm free for the weekend. brasslove Jim Brass Summer '07 Vacation Fic Challenge. I'm hoping for 1,000 words today, but I'll settle for half that so long as I get started.

faylinn_drake, springmoon60, and 1csimfan are off to the CSI:NY meetup in L.A, and though I wish them well, I'll miss Fay. I'm also mildly jealous that I won't be able to partake of the fannish squee, even if most of it consists of slash and D/F mania. Have fun, ladies.
Well, I'm off to veg and feed Brassbunny carrots and bourbon until he's too happy to nip.
