I can't believe Steve Irwin is dead. Sure, I thought he was a ravening moron for mucking with the animals he did in the manner in which he did, but he was an affable moron, if that makes any sense, and I admired his joie de vivre. Why do gentle folks like him have to leave so early when virulent asshats like Jerry Falwell get to keep spreading their disease for eighty years? It's not fair.
