Unfortunately, FF.net gobbled the last few words of the summary, but it is a CSIfic, in case there was any doubt. I've no intention of abandoning SLS or HP fen, but I wanted to stretch my figurative legs a bit.

Bus Follies, Vol. III

Roomie nearly succeeded in getting us banned from the bus and the only mode of transportation we can afford. To be fair, what he said was well-deserved, and frankly, I was equally frustrated with the boobery on display, but I know all too well that the physically weak and the poor have the same rights and recourses as a bag of dirt, and I keep my head down and my mouth shut. Roomie is far more vocal.

The debacle started when we decided to see Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. We boarded the bus, and the driver strapped me in, albeit far too loosely, and in so doing she raised the rear seat as well as the section in which I was seated. As was his custom, Roomie lowered it once I was secure and sat down. The driver lodged no protest.
