pandora_nervosa invited me to join Digital Quill. Ever eager for new pimping grounds, I skedaddled over and set up my account, but when I tried to upload a one-shot using an .html file, the preview looked mangled, with html everywhere, and worse yet, my full name as it appears on my copy of Word was embedded. Is this normal? Can passing readers glimpse my hallowed real name when they access my stories? As a victim of identity left, that makes me uneasy.

The roomie is making noises about going to the movies tomorrow. The frontrunners are Cillian Murphy and Red Eye, Valiant, or The Great Raid. I am undeterred by the critical roasting Valiant is receiving. Half the time, the critics have a point, and the other half, they're frustrated English Literature majors with an axe to grind. Not every movie must Speak To The American Spirit and Uplift the Unwashed Masses With Its Deep Themes and Subtle Symbolism. Sometimes, it's just nice to see a story. Dodgeball was not Citizen Kane, but damn, it felt good to laugh.
